Administration and Human Resource Officer
  • Advance university degree (master’s degree or equivalent) in the areas of psychology, human resources management, public administration, social sciences, governance, economics and related field.
  • At least five (5) years’ experience of progressively responsible experience in human resources management and reform, and human resources policy formulation and implementation at the international level is required.
  • Experience providing strategic human resources guidance to the management is required.
  • Experience in the administration of human resource policies and procedures for field staff in an International Organization is desirable.

Internship on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) System Development
  • ASEAN national.
  • Enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s degree programme, such as Information Technology, Information Systems, and Computer Science (minimum the third-year student or pursuing with at least one semester/quarter remaining after internship), or recently graduated with a university degree (Bachelor) and, if selected, must commence the internship within a 6 months period after graduation
  • Hands-on experience in web-based application development (especially WordPress) and basic ICT troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Interest in the field of ICT development: building usable web-based application using off-the-shelf resources.
  • Interest in the field of ICT operation: effective troubleshooting and monitoring in accordance to ACE’s ICT service management and delivery standard.
  • Proficiency in English and very good writing skills.

Internship on Administration and Financial Management System

  • Recently graduated with a university degree (Bachelor) and, if selected, must commence the internship within a 6 months period after graduation.
  • Experience with Accounting computer system (Accurate) and Visio Programme, preferably.
  • Proficiency in English and very good writing skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and to adapt to an international working Environment.
Internship on GIS and Energy Database Management System
  • Ability to design and create compelling maps, data summaries, and visualizations.
  • Enrolled in a bachelor or master degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, energy studies, or related field with an emphasis on GIS (minimum the third-year student or pursuing with at least one semester/quarter remaining after internship).
  • Recently graduated with a university degree (Bachelor or Master or equivalent) and, if selected, must commence the internship within a 6 months period after graduation.
  • Proficiency in English and very good writing skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and to adapt to an international working environment.
  • Familiarity with ArcGIS software is a plus.
Internship Programme

  • Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree in engineering, energy studies, international relations, or related field (minimum the third-year student). For communication interns, a degree in language studies is preferred.
  • Enrolled in a Master degree in engineering, energy studies, or related field (pursuing at least one semester/quarter remaining after internship).
  • Recently graduated with a university degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent) and, if selected, must commence the internship within a 6 months period after graduation.
  • Basic knowledge on general computer software (i.e. MS Office).
  • Good organisational skills.

Research Fellowships
  • The timing and duration of the visit.

  • Confirmation that the applicant are/will be enrolled in a PhD or Postdoctoral programme during the fellowship.
