Basic Eligibility

• Groups of minimum three partners: at least two from the EU, one from ASEAN (eligible countries apply)
   
• Any public and private sector non-profit organisation from the EU Member States or from ASEAN (e.g. Professional Associations and Industrial Federations)
   
• Commercial companies on a mere non-profit basis
   
• Criteria for eligibility: Applicants & Partners, Projects, Costs
