The Executive Summary is an overview of the full report to be released in early 2019, which provides a detailed review of various existing financing schemes and supporting policies in the ASEAN Member States.

The publication was developed by the ASEAN-German Energy Programme (AGEP), a jointly implemented programme by the ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE) and Deutsche Gesellschaft fur International Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
