ASEAN Energy Gender Week

Building on the momentum of International Women’s Day (IWD) 2026, the ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE) is set to host the ASEAN Energy Gender Week, marking the first time this initiative is convened as a week-long regional event.

This milestone reflects a strengthened regional commitment to advancing Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) within the energy sector. The event aims to deepen collaboration among ASEAN Member States and partners in integrating GEDSI into energy policy and planning, while supporting the implementation of APAEC 2026–2030 under the Philippines’ ASEAN Chairship.
