This ToR is issued as an official request for proposal for the HR digitalisation system of ACE. It has been developed to outline the requirements for the work to be provided by the vendor, which includes:
- Digitalise and integrate the HR processes;
- Improve efficiency and accuracy of HR administration;
- Enhance staff and management access to HR services and information;
- Strengthen HR data management, analytics, and reporting;
- Support strategic decision-making through reliable HR digitalisation systems;
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and applicable regulations.
