Request for Expressions of Interest for Administrative and Procurement Administration Assistant - Individual Consulting Services

The ASEAN Centre for Energy has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Clean Energy and Power Trade Development in Southeast Asia Project of the Multi Phase Programmatic Approach Accelerating Sustainable Energy Transition (MPA ASET), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The consulting services (“the Services”) include the provision of administrative, financial management, procurement and contract administration support to strengthen the implementation of the  MPA ASET project. The Consultant will support the effective, timely and accurate execution of financial management process, administrative and logistics support, and procurement and contract management function in accordance with the TOR included in this REOI. The estimated duration of the assignment is 24 (twenty-four) months, with expected commencement date in July 2026.
