A specialised energy body (SEB) or subsector network (SSN) are organisations or networks established to work under the Senior Officials Meeting on Energy (SOME).
About
SEBs & SSNs develop and implement the work programmes and activities under the seven (7) APAEC Programme Areas, providing technical recommendations to SOME and AMEM in their areas of specialisation and pursue joint and cooperative activities among Member States.

- Heads of ASEAN Power Utilities/Authorities (HAPUA)
- ASEAN Council on Petroleum (ASCOPE)
